Foundling Museum (0.37 km) - The foundling Museum tells the story of the Foundling Hospital, London's first home for abandoned children, caring for over 27,000 children during its 200 year history. The museum also tells the story of how the hospital became the first public art gallery, thanks to the connections of Thomas Coram, the founder, artist William Hogarth and composer George Handel.
