En Suite Twin Room 1 is a twin room, situated at the back of the house on the first floor. The room is a good size with a large en suite bathroom. It is tastefully decorated in soft tones and comes with all listed facilities.
En Suite Family Room Room 3 is a family room, with a double and a single bed. This room can also be sold as a large double or a twin. The room is large, light and airy and overlooks an English bowling green.
It has wonderful Edwardian furniture and a window seat in the bay window. This room also has a large en suite bathroom. It is tastefully decorated in soft tones and comes with all listed facilities.
En Suite Larger Double Room 4 is a larger, light and airy double and overlooks St Peter's Park and the York Eye.
The room has a French feel, decorated in soft tones and comes with all listed facilities. The room is on the second floor.
Double (not en suite) Set on the 2nd floor in the eaves of the house, the room is a cosy hideaway. It has a sink in the room and a private bathroom with bath (just across the hall).
The room is a small, basic/standard double, with all the benefits of a 4-star guest house.
