You can take a walk around the Italian boot, admiring the miniature reproductions of all the most famous Italian sights and take a boat ride down a miniature version of Venice's Grand Canal. You can even cross over into Sicily and Sardinia without ever having to set foot in a boat. The park also has various rides, museums, restaurants and picnic areas.

From April to October, Rimini Delfinario is the ideal place to get close to a dolphin. You can see these amazing creatures in both their tanks and during the Dolphin Show. There is also a sea-lion show and a Wild West Show to keep you entertained and various food establishments to keep you well-fed!

Riccione's Aquafan is the most famous waterpark in Europe. With the huge wave pool, children's pools, 8 waterslides ranging from tame to scary, rapids, foam pool, basketball and frisbee courts, Aquafan has something for all the family from June to September. During the day, entertainment is also laid on, but Aquafan is at its most vibrant in the evening, when the Walky Cup disco and outdoor dancing venue come alive. From 2005, you will also be able to visit Oltremare and the Imax Cinema, just down the road from Aquafan.

Oltremare is a theme park dedicated to all things related to the sea. The attractions include a large Dolphin Lagoon which is home to 9 dolphins, a reconstruction of the Po Delta habitat complete with wildlife and Pianeta Mare and Hippocampus, where you can see some extraordinary-looking seahorses close-up and even touch rays. There is also a section with farm animals and vast areas of open space for taking a relaxing stroll. The IMAX Riccione cinema is also located within the grounds of Oltremare.

The Imax Riccione uses the latest cinematographic technology to project you right into the heart of the on-screen action. By using surround sound and a high definition screen that is 4 times as big as a normal cinema screen, the films really come alive.
